The Cristo Rey Farm PCSA (participatory community supported agriculture) program is a hands-on farming agri-tourism adventure!  Participants barter labor for food, get discounted nutrient dense foods, real farming experience, gain knowledge of beyond organic farming methods, learn and practice mechanical, electrical and carpentry skills and participate in the very production of their food.

 

PCSA customers also assume some of the risks of farming.  If a natural disaster were to wipe out our flock (tornado or disease- for example), delivery of chickens would be delayed until following set of birds were processed.  Cristo Rey Farm will always deliver for our CSA and PCSA customers!

 

Participation in the PCSA program is by application and invitation.  There are limited PCSA slots.
