The Chicken Recipe Your Kids Will LOVE!

This recipe will be a HUGE hit with your family. Our kids love it and can't wait to eat this chicken and even go to the stove as it rests and try to pick off small bits to eat and lick their fingers. It is truly finger licking good chicken!
The other thing you will like about this recipe is how simple it is to make it. There is nothing to it and the chicken turns out moist and just falling of the bone!

Cristo Rey Farm Broiled Butter Chili Lime Chicken
Thaw chicken (easy directions to thaw whole frozen chicken)
Preheat oven to 425 on BROIL
Dry Cristo Rey Farm Chicken
Use @ 1/4 stick butter:
on skin of chx
under breast skin (separate the fascia to put the butter under the skin)
inside cavity of chicken Sprinkle generously with Chili Rub: minced onion fresh ground pepper sea salt chili powder minced fresh garlic clove or garlic powder
turmeric
oregano
(or use CRF Chili Rub) Broil on 425 @10 min -breast side down (or until skin is nicely browned)
Flip to breast side up
Season breast side with Chili Rub Broil on 425 @10 min until browned Switch oven to BAKE at 325 for @ 1 hour (or until internal temp is 175) Remove from oven LET REST 10 MINUTES (very important!!) Squeeze fresh lime over chicken Serve and ENJOY!!!
